I thought I would feel some remorse after my disclosure with you yesterday.  I do not.  I achieved my victory in the afternoon, and consider it to be one of the most crucial successes of my life.  After making so many promises to the Almighty, in fact, I informed Ashley that we now have to go into the ministry.  I have been set free and made anew.

the last glass of curry

I finally returned to painting today.  You know how construction can be, you can’t find your contractor for two weeks and then he shows up in the emergency room with a broken jaw from a fight with a tugboat wave.  Or some excuse like that.

I came home to this pot of curry made by a friend.  After so much activity other than my usual laying in bed on a pain medicine binge,  I drank the whole freaking pot in four mason jar glasses filled to the rim.  I completed the task over one episode of Parks and Rec on Netflix.  Now I’m laid back, blowed up and thinking today might be the start of a comeback.

For the record I didn’t take any drugs today.
