The Oklahoma house is at a stopping point.  We’re waiting on a special order wood column to match the porch.  Yesterday we permanently closed all the basement windows and the coal shoot.

I’m not sure if hardyboard is a neighborhood approved building material, but the caps were a gesture of effort.  I don’t know if they had plywood back in the day either, but you see it all the time.  Anyway, we’ll paint these things up and you should never see them.

Yesterday we finished up the back high part and a couple touch ups around the other side.  Today I need to untangle the trailer and take out the trash.
